Another small update

Here's another small update that adds some things I've wanted to add but didn't have time for during the game jam which includes:

• Snow in every level! (Can be toggled on/off in the options menu)
• Polished/redesigned UI menu
• Added (place holder) sound effects
• An actual win screen
• ????? ???? ???? (Beat the game to find out)

This leaves the game pretty much in the finished state I envisioned it when I first started development back in March, so updates may slow down for a bit but here are a few ideas I have for the future:

• More levels, with new themes, obstacles, and even penguins
• A story mode with a point based upgrade system
• Local multiplayer PvP (which actually stands for penguin vs penguin)
